FAQ

Answers for fleet teams

How do we size depot charging?

We start from your duty cycle (departure/return times, energy use, dwell time), then design charger count and power so the fleet reliably reaches target SOC while optimizing capex and demand charges.

What about service and parts?

Our approach is uptime-first: preventive maintenance scheduling, technician readiness, and spare parts planning for your deployment scale. We can align service plans to your operational KPIs.

Can we run a pilot first?

Yes. We can help you define success metrics (energy, uptime, driver feedback, route coverage) and build a pilot program that de-risks scaling to a full fleet rollout.
